It is literally a human feeling to be insecure. Just like being hungry, happy, angry, etc. How is being insecure bad? I would not consider you normal if you aren't insecure if your partner has had multiple partners in the past. I live in a conservative country (I'm not american) and its considered disgusting to have multiple partners for both men and women.
