Women don't care about you. Hook up with them if you must but live by yourself. Concentrate on yourself.

Well how tf do you just go & give it to the mother's 90% of the time?! We're you dropped on your head as a child?? Go back the feminist sub "I'm going to go to a men's rights sub & try to convince all of them that men's rights is bad" 😂🤡 You're not convincing anyone here with your propaganda
/r/MensRights05/03/25 04:59 AM

That means over 80% ! 😂 And that's depending on where you live. Sole custody? It's less than 7% here! And probably alot other places in the world... and even IF what you said is even accurate. You KNOW that's messed up. In Canada, if we're talking full custody less then 7% of dad's get it to the mother's over 80% ...if we're going by province, some are almost 90% mothers custody Dad's only even get shared custody 10% of the time. 50/50 is less than 6% But courts aren't biased🙄 yeah okay. Where I'm from the judge won't even look at my texts Unless it's the woman showing them. They really don't care. Unless it's something absolutely horrible. Video man... and long video so it can't be taken out of context like "yeah, I said this but it was his fault because he said/did this before" They can ALWAYS find a way to turn things on you & the courts will take feminists side if possible, every single time. Be super careful. If you're away from her FINALLY with your peace & you have any ki…

I didn't read it... If you're the man, you lose. I'm not trying to be pessimistic or a know it all.. it's just how things are... unless your wife is VERY obviously mean to your kids & does heroin & you recorded it 24/7 for a year so that she can't say it was your fault in any way then she gets custody & you have to pay her for it.... if you're in the states, you'll pay alimony too... you'll also lose most of the important things you own They'll tell you "half" but the half you get won't be the h…

Nobody should be a 'feminist' supporting women's problems more because you think that one group needs extra ...you should be a humanitarian and support everyone's rights equally. Not just the group you are apart of "I'm a women, so I'm going to fight for them to have the most" That's all feminism is Modern day feminism is "Why my ex or other boys made me mad in America" not about little girls not being allowed to walk around in 3rd world countries without wearing a tablecloth. 🤣I agree... because it nowhere states that "50/50 custody is default in family courts across Canada"
/r/Divorce_Men01/02/25 06:43 PM
1

Brother you linked me to a law about Ontario only & it doesn't say "50/50" "Standard" or "default" anywhere I promise you... nobody here is easily getting 50/50 or any other time that the mother doesn't want them to have.
/r/Divorce_Men01/02/25 03:29 AM
1

I'm in Canada... it is not default 50/50 Literally just a quick Google search would tell you "Is family court default 50/50 standard in Canada" Copy paste Stop spreading misinformation & propaganda. Are there feminist bots on here??? Family court is 100% bias & 1 sided & all you need to do is look at all the public information

Here's the real kicker... if you were still living in the same home together, you would never spend that much on them so where the fck do they pull that number from? It's based on income but it should be based on what you need to spend for the kid to survive & I don't give a shit what anybody says, that isn't the case. And if you're like "I want to afford more or buy some but they're taking most of my money in support so I'll work my ass off to get a better job" They recalculate & take even more…

😂 you must be smoking the good stuff or you have a good co-parent... if the other side isn't willing & the other side happens to be the woman, it's not happening unless she's way unfit

It's very hard to get 50/50 Probably won't happen. Especially if she doesn't want it, you may as well settle in as uncle dad & get ready to watch her step dad be her new real dad. My ex was willing to do 50/50 & the judge said "No, no you don't want to do that. Then you won't get any child support & you'll have to share the tax benefit with him" so she changed it. They don't care about you in there man.

They're allowed to lie.
/r/Divorce_Men20/01/25 07:16 AM

I took it as they meant abuse claims made by mothers were ignored but court actually focused on alienation of dads which to me would be a complete lie, they do not "Claims of abuse by mothers were often dismissed or inadequately investigated, while allegations of alienation against fathers were prioritized" That's the way it's worded in the article

I've asked. Atleast court went good today. No jail time! I have to Motion To Vary the order. Unfortunately after that however, I still have to deal with this terrible system & situation. Not much of a life for me. Wish I could go fishing.

They're dad sees them on the weekends for a short while... doesn't offer child support at all. She doesn't take him to court for it or bury him in court like mine does. So I have them here all week. Have more rights with them than with my actual kids! Great system.
/r/Divorce_Men16/01/25 05:00 AM
2

Fkng do it! The more mom's that have to experience it, the more that system is likely to change. Not just that but it shouldn't be dad who takes care if everything while mom gets w.e she wants. How on earth did you get 50/50 lol Impossible in most places.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates16/01/25 04:52 AM

Oh I know... hindsight is 20/20 I'm just trying to navigate from here but I feel like I'll be punished for my whole life for having children. Why don't moms have to go through this

What am I gonna do? ...Leave this kid & mom too? Then what? I mean women are allowed to do that but not us. They'll kill me

100% agree! Unfortunately however... I'm not perfect. We didn't do it on purpose, I thought she was on BC... she had four b4 meeting me. That makes them all mine now! I did not handle it well when I found out but I love my baby boy & wouldn't change him for the world. Hindsight's 20/20, all I can do is look ahead with the right attitude. I don't believe we should be punished for the rest of our lives. I try to be the absolute best dad I could be. I spend every ounce of energy I have on my kids. …
