I have been reading and listening to audio books alot more , currently on mens work which imo is amazing , finished up no more mr nice guy , and the obstacle is the way. I got to the gym and been working on routines from the book tatical barbell and started bjj in January. Journaling has also been a huge habit for me to adopt and has helped me tremendously. I can't not journal now , it's the way that has helped me understand everything fully

I can definitely relate to what you are going through as my situation is similar . We agreed on divorce two weeks ago , and weren't going to tell the kids until the holidays are over . Same roof , same routine , different atmosphere. My advice , if applicable ? As cliche as it sounds, look inside yourself and focus on you and the children .
