Following because I can be in the same boat sometimes. I don’t know if I’m mildly autistic (seems like everything thinks they are these days) but I am an engineer so my brain works a certain way. From my experience, I don’t really worry about saying a whole lot but I do make sure I don’t let the conversation go into logic territory. I think it’s better to say nothing at all than be overly logical. Sure, get some of the logical questions out of the way like “where are you from?” but keep the rest…

Absolutely. Take dance lessons and then show her a basic push pull or box step. She'll love it.

The fact that you think a single line is going to do it means you have a lot to learn.

One thing that’s helping me is being less outcome dependent. I’ll tell a woman I think she’s attractive and if she’s receptive, I’ll obviously go for the number and if she’s not, well least she appreciates the compliment. The point is, I’m not worried about whether or not I close because I’ve learned to let go. I think we put too much pressure on ourselves worrying about picking the perfect opener or remembering a routine.

Quit using porn. Men are digitally cucking themselves watching other men fuck the girl he thinks he wants. Porn-Brain keeps you stuck in your head during sex, thinking you’re also a performer being watched and that diminishes your ability to experience the kind of connection you need with your partner to experience true ecstasy.

B-Complex, DHM, and NAC. Seriously. I asked AI this exact question before I went to Mardi Gras and it worked surprisingly well. I was still tired every morning but no hangover or pukey feeling. Also, stick to the clear liquors.

Muscles are for other guys. Women do not care nearly as much as you think. Obviously you should be at a health BMI and fit but so few women care for the guy with 11% body fat. I started having much better results when I stopped bodybuilding and switched to martial arts. I lost the big bulky muscle but gained way more functional strength and confidence which reflects in the way I carry myself. That kind of thing is hard to fake. Also, I think you underestimate how many women like skinny dudes. We…

Absolutely. Everything you just said. The women in my dance class that have a harder time letting go and following my lead are the dominant, feminist types and I can see it in the way they treat their partners. I always have to exert myself more with them which can be clumsy so it’s not as much fun.

To be honest, I’m really worried about getting the wrong woman pregnant so I try not to sleep around too much and I don’t really pursue like I used to. I just got out of a nearly 10 year relationship in the beginning of 2024 and I have kids so they come first. Still I’ve managed to close a new one every three to four months in the last year and an half and of those women, a couple of them come and go. So I’m having sex about once every three weeks I’d say but it’s not because I’m asking them for…

A lot of guys can go out there without any formal training and are just naturals at it. I needed a years worth of lessons before I was even close to having enough confidence to go out there and ask a woman to dance. Now it's effortless.

This is why I was saying it might take a year or so because yes, most of my dancing in a bar or club is a mix of moves I've learned at my ballroom dance studio and improvisation that I'm only now comfortable doing.

Cha cha only takes about 3-4 feet side to side. Just keeps your steps smaller if you're in a crowded environment.

I mean you have to have the rest of your life in congruence. I lift weights and practice jiu jitsu so I look physically decent although I have hair loss. Other than that, I think what helped the most was quitting porn. I get a a natural high when interacting with women now.

this should almost be kept as a secret. I know, I debated even posting this because it really is like a secret weapon but then again, this is something our forefathers knew and utilized for millennia so it's something we should all know and bring back to our culture. As for taking things to the next level, its just a numbers game. Pulling numbers after having a good dance with a girl is easy. Some of them will text you a lot, some of them won't text you much at all and that's fine. Again, you ju…

Many of our grandfathers used to go out dancing every weekend. It was just a normal part of the culture. It’s a great way to meet women and a great way to keep the romance alive in an LTR.

Waltz is too difficult to teach a girl that doesn’t know what she’s doing. They can figure out chacha, swing and push pull/hustle pretty easily. Then you just spam the same three basic moves and they think you’re a wizard.

De-sexualize your brain. I quit feeling creepy when I made a concerted effort to quit ogling and fantasizing about women online. My approach anxiety and fear of rejection have drastically diminished.

Be cool with her about it. “Hey I know I messed up and you won’t hurt my feelings but can you tell me what I did wrong so I don’t make the same mistake again?” And even if she says some shit that hurts your feelings, thank her for telling the truth and move on.

Most men can have rizz if they can get out of their head. I have a theory that our brains are too busy and overstimulated with technology that it makes it difficult but it’s no impossible. You have to be a more feeling being and not so logical all the time.

Nothing turns a woman off more than a guy that wants sex without taking the time to actually seduce her. Some women need a full day’s worth of foreplay to get turned on enough for sex. You’d have better luck feigning disinterest and waiting for her to come to you than what you’re doing now.

As best as you can. You shouldn't have so much time on your hands that you're constantly checking your phone and replying to every message you get. You got things to do, right? You'll get to them when you get to them.

Play it out. What happens if you get attached to the child and it doesn't work out? What if she doesn't want anymore kids? Keep it casual and keep the kid out of the relationship.

Do you watch porn? If so, do your best to quit. Using porn conditions your brain to associated an attractive woman with sex to follow. That’s why your heart starts racing. Your brain sees her as more of a sex object than a person and is gearing you up to have sex.
