never tell a woman what you think about yourself, if you tell them you feel negative they shut that down in case you are getting close to the truth, and if you feel positive they shut that down because letting a woman know you feel positive about yourself is a sign of weakness and desperation, successful guys just have fun they don't talk about it.

men are allowed to express happiness when doing high status activities but thats it, women do no give a single 💩 about anything unrelated to the man providing more status.

when a man learns when to say no regularly in his life he has no need to show emotions.

there is no balance, humans live separated from nature meaning women can't afford to be down to earth to remain competitive.

which is why its necessary to show strengths because weaknesses will be exposed eventually, but you should never choose to discuss your weaknesses with women, in a world where monkey branching is incentiviced women feel no need to tolerate a potential fall down the status ladder.

if you break a rib you should admit that, but other than that women do not tolerate any other weakness.

so would we rather be born a handsome person or put a bunch of effort into it, pretty obvious choice, seems like this question was set up to produce the desired answer of the OP.

hypergamy is usually driven by envy not long term thinking so yes hypergamy usually just leads to fisherian selection which is a phenomena that has caused the extinction of countless animal species.

epigenetically at least the genes of those mediocre people are greater since humans are to quick to select basic things like pure strength and IQ when in reality tiny forearm muscles and emotional intelligence are much more important for maintaining a healthy society. there is a name for what we are describing in terms of people mistakenly thinking they can select greatness, its called fisherian selection.

its best not to trust any compliment from a woman, women don't like to pro actively compliment a male unless its to manipulate.

in conclusion rpw don't want counterculture men. rpw want men that became successful thanks to some enlightenment but are also willing to attempt traditionalism again. is this about right?

maybe it would be better if humans had less sexual dimorphism

that sounds too irregular to keep track of, its always good to exercise when you feel like it but to get progress you need to do something the same every week on a specific day otherwise you won't know which exercises are working.

"do they even consider us human?" no not really, at best they are indifferent to what happens to men but a lot of the time they are wishing many men the worst.

as far as beauty/health goes home leg exercises once a week for 20 minutes is probably the best case scenario, 95% of people cannot stick to an exercise routine year round and consistency provides much better results than going hard for 3 months every year.

people underestimate how much women like war, they are not good long term thinkers and therefor like swift conclusions which is why they like finding ways to rile men up in attempt to send them into conflict.

so the main reason they care for anyone is because children are the only people women can have extended conversations with, and its to the detriment of the children because they fill the children's head with superstitious beliefs. women are built to only interact with babies and 100 women at most (dunbars law) maybe women where less toxic towards children before christians burned all the witches who really where just women that where somehow able to maintain a bit of tradition and where able to …

i have been living in a similar way the past 2 years, and it works great! no woman has felt the confidence to try to manipulate in the past 2 years because they don't know enough about me, they don't know my social status and they don't know what i know so they have not been able to get "comfortable" AKA feel entitled to manipulate.

women feel insulted by the idea of not being able to manipulate a man, thats why no matter how many times they get dumped the never learn the lesson, but all men can do is keep dumping, thats all you can do when see starts viewing you as a resource machine instead of a lover.

set a goal of being able to do 10 pull ups and 30 pushups with perfect form, that will get you in good enough shape and she will feel loved knowing that a guy in great shape is willing to stick around, she won't specifically feel loved by you but she will feel more like a winner knowing other women want you and that makes her feel loved by society because in a way society provided you to her and that will make her feel successful.

you will never find a husband that you are attracted to for more than 2 years so just have children with the guy that has good hair, your son can easily become taller than his father and he can become more successful than his father but he can't keep his hair without hormone blocking drugs if he does not have good hair genetics.
