I’ve never used a hormonal birth control, but I have traked my fertility to prevent pregnancy (which worked!) but I’ve also started using a diaphragm postpartum and have loved it. If you don’t want to get a prescription or fitted for one, or like me you have very limited female health options locally, you can order from places outside the US. My husband is similarly very into weightlifting and eating a certain way / supplementing to meet his goals. It was all new to me! My husband and I just had our second baby going into our third year of marriage. Please hear me when I say begging my husband for a baby is my biggest regret in our marriage.
