There should be no parental leave ever. Paying into an insurance fund simply makes the elite richer and you poorer. They do it to make astronomical profit. So many insurances and state law this and state that law has left the general population bankrupt. Proper parental leave should be payed for by taxes, not private insurance funds.

I have heard a lot of stories of men being subject to sexual harassment but it is almost always something other people try to laugh off. Which reminds me of how sexual harassment of women was treated in the past.
