Wifing up a girl who was promiscuous. Does he know your past? To what extent? Tbh I’d always be worried that if I wifed up a girl with a promiscuous past there’d always be a cloud over my marriage wondering if she really loved me or was just tired of being played by hotter men.

Do you ever worry about your husband? That situation is my nightmare.

Yes, but even then those payments are worth less than half of all assets. And those cases are rare.

How? If the average relationship has the man earning more and more assets, and the wife tends to get 50% of material assets, the wife should always be better off. Unless you think the gf got more than 50% of a dudes assets spent on her. Which is wild since I’d assume the three biggest martial assets tend to be the house, retirement accounts, and cars.

Well yeah ofc women’s finances are going to suffer in the event of divorce if women enter marriages poorer and with more debt than men do. Also girlfriends would also leave the relationship worse off too for the same reason.

According to a Pew Study in 2023, Men are the primary or sole breadwinner in 55% of relationships women are the primary or sole breadwinner in 16% of relationships. So in the majority of relationships men make more. https://www.pewresearch.org/social-trends/2023/04/13/in-a-growing-share-of-u-s-marriages-husbands-and-wives-earn-about-the-same/ Women save less (even when accounting for income and it gets worse after marriage since women tend to drop out for the kid) and have more student loans. ht…

Yes, but typically the man will earn more and have more assets.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/24 08:05 PM

Except women marry economically up. Also how much do you think paying for a date is? Even a nice date is like ~$180.

By the virtue of being married to him all his assets are half yours. It doesn’t matter if he spends the money on you or keeps it, half of that money is yours.

She factually was dating San Francisco Mayor and State Assembly Speaker Willie Brown in 1994/1995. And he did appoint her to two different political positions first to the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, and then to the Medical Assistance Commission. What makes it more shocking is he was married, tho he might have been estranged from his wife, and he was 60 years old when she was 29. Additionally, those were her first political appointments, before that she had been a deputy dis…

Issue with the second part is, I imagine most women who go to med school think they aren’t going to drop out and be SAHMs. They will happily accept that licensing requirement, then lose the license in the future.

I think it’s kinda unfair of me for saying they are using the MD as an Mrs. However, lots of female doctors do end up married to high earners and then leave the profession. The AAMC, in 2019, found 40% of female physicians left or work part time within 6 years of practice compared to 10% of the total physician population. This is bad for humanity since more than half of med schools are filled with women, and due to the monopolistic strategies of the AMA slots are limited. Law is the same way wit…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 03:49 PM

It’s ok when they do it for an MBA program, but they also do this for MD and top tier law programs. Physicians and top-tier Lawyers are very important to our society, and women going to these schools and then not practicing in the fields is bad for humanity.

That’s such a weird thing to say. He’s physically attractive, she’s physically attractive. I imagine they are at least somewhat physically attracted to one another…

Yeah, I am not so socially unaware that I’d straight up ask her if she was attracted to her bf.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 06:39 PM

Apparently she is from what I’ve been told. I do want to say he’s in great physical shape and has a hell of a face. Ngl, personally I find it weird too. But both are attractive and she’s from an upper class/ really upper middle class background and he’s the highest earning guy I know.

Saying the best women marry the best men when both are in their mid to late twenties doesn’t take away from the original point that guy was trying to make. This forum is not for the best men and best women.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 10:21 PM

If you are here, there’s an assumption that you are not the best looking/ most attractive person lol. That being said the richest and best looking guy I know is 35 and dating a 22 year old. I know the 22 year old’s family and they are shockingly accepting of it, and they are upper class themselves.

Nah he does shit like this for attention/views. Like when he read the rap song word by word.

I mean both are kinda gross. Right?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/23 02:02 PM

Nah I quoted it since it was vulgar lol. Low key “squirter” is a nasty term.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/23 01:53 PM

The joke is he’s taking a hyperbolic stately seriously…
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/23 01:52 PM

He was pointing out the absurdity of the hyperbole. Also I think even with a “squirter” no one would need a literal bucket. A bucket is a lot of fluid.

He made a joke that his wife never needed a literal bucket and a mop to wipe up her wetness. Now call me ugly but I have never made a girl so wet she needed a literal bucket to control it.

Tons of normal women strongly prefer men who make/have the potential to make good money. Technically that would fall under the term gold digging, imo. In real life no one would say that though since gold digging is as common as shallow men.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/23 07:56 PM

The fact that it took until the 1970s for that to be outlawed shows that sex was historically an expectation in marriage.

While it will probably always be a minority, it could be a sizable minority. Judging by the last 100 or so years I wouldn’t doubt society becoming more degenerate. Imagine having to explain what a furry is to a guy from 1920.

You have to remember that ancient Roman men sold themselves into slavery rather than marry women/ pay a bachelor’s tax. We just aren’t that mentally ill as a society yet.

My aunt rejected multiple guys in her late twenties and early thirties for being too poor. She even walked out on a date after one drink with a super wealthy guy that my uncles knew because he was short and weird. She’s now in her 40s dating a janitor who doesn’t believe in marriage. Sometimes I wonder if she ever regrets not taking those dates with all those good guys my family set her up with. As a disclaimer they are both good people and she’s Ivy educated.

Because term limits for congressman and senators work so well in Mexico. Having the ability to be there long term helps fight corruption and political aggression. The real issue is no one gives a shit about there congressman or senator

People will always be getting married. There are still several fundamental religions

I mean there is a difference between a super high n-count and a “reasonable” n-count. And believe it or not there are a few older (idk 27 I don’t date that high) virgins. They are mostly fat/not as pretty/socially awkward and personally I would rather date them then a hot girl with even a reasonably high n count

I guess it’s valued in the same way that a women’s earning potential is in a traditional community but it’s not anything near make or break like female virginity.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/20 07:29 PM
1

If she has a hymen she’s probably virgin, whith the exception or hymenplasty. Issue is that you will overlook a slim few of women who lost it in sport
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/20 07:26 PM
1

Not really, I’m from a religious area and involved in a few more traditional communities and for me it seems virginity is significantly more valued in women. Trade off is men are valued for their earnings, which is a shit ton higher standard.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/20 07:24 PM
1

Yeah but it still lowers your rmv in general. Few dudes are willing to knowingly date someone with a very high n count. In general premarital sex lowers ones rmv.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/20 03:13 PM
1

While we can agree that incels care and are probably losers. Religious people tend to be middle class and value virginity. Additionally, for some people it’s not a deal breaker but it is still highly valued. Having premartial sex in general lowers ur rmv.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/20 03:09 PM
1

Not only is there an, admittedly somewhat inaccurate, system of checking virginity with the hymen; Social clues usually will lead to people effectively figuring out if someone has an n-count. The few who do care care a lot.

Assuming it’s just a gender swapped me. I would have gotten with an acceptable looking guy in high school who came from one of the “good” families in town and dated him, but preserved my virginity for marriage under the guise of bieng Catholic. Worked for my older brothers girlfriend, he’s an investment banker now, and would have worked for the girl I simped for back in the day (getting my kinda comeuppance is one of the better points of my life) Bieng an upper middle class white girl who’s cath…

I mean state issued girlfriends would fix the issue... moral, no, effective, yes. Elon bring on the catgirls.

I mean marriage rates are dropping... I can't speak for all men, but I would personally remain single then marry any of the girls I have ever hooked up with/ "dated."
