But wasn’t he ACTUALLY dating multiple women at one time and lying to them all? I’m all in on Men’s Rights but from what I’ve read this dude was being pretty shitty to women. If this sub is ok with men being assholes and treating women poorly then I’ve misjudged it. IMO, if the allegations prove to be true, he doesn’t deserve our sympathy. He’s on his own.

Cop did throw some lies in there though. She didn’t appear to be trying to kick him and she didn’t throw the cup of water at him. But this was definitely some PPD.

Read some of your comments. Best of luck to you navigating the world continuing to blame women for all your problems. This is about “MensRights” with regard to the legal system. This isn’t supposed to be a sub where people come just to hate women because of law makers. You’re angry at the wrong people.
/r/MensRights05/03/23 04:15 PM

So is your argument. You’re talking about college admission and the article isn’t talking about that at all.
/r/MensRights05/03/23 03:12 PM

We want to go ahead and start talking about how women receive custody of children in divorces most often in this thread as well? Or about how they get less harsh sentences? Hell let’s just do this with every post from now on. Whether they have anything to do with it or not.
/r/MensRights05/03/23 01:34 PM

Again, not what the article was about. This sub is about men’s rights. I guess I missed the rule where we are all supposed to tie every thing posted to “women bad.”
/r/MensRights05/03/23 01:21 PM
-8

You can’t say “only” men. Without a doubt there are women that contribute as well. There are a lot of men that add weight to the system also, just as there are women. I get what you’re saying. But this isn’t an issue that has impacts only limited to males. In my option anyways.
/r/MensRights05/03/23 05:30 AM
-12

Unless I missed something, this doesn’t mention men paying the taxes at all. Unless the inference is that women ONLY have the type of jobs under this program. Everyone would be helping to subsidize cost, not just men. I don’t agree with help being targeted only to women. There is a bigger systemic issue here that needs to be addressed.

From the article: “Broadwater was convicted in 1982 after Sebold, now 59, identified him as her rapist in court. She had walked past him in the street months after the attack, then told police that was her rapist, but she didn't know his name.”
/r/MensRights28/11/21 03:51 PM

She didn’t report it right away. She reported months later after she saw that man on the street and said “oh that’s him.” She then identified a different man in the lineup. Get outta here dude.

I appreciate that. And I won’t stop. But moving in with family is not really an option. I have 2 other children with a different woman who I have a great relationship with and have no trouble getting on my days. I’m remarried and my wife has 3 children as well. We are a big family that my daughter is being deprived of being a part of. It’s fucking sad and I feel terrible for her. It’s been recorded. My daughter and I were even seeing a court ordered therapist that she picked out because she thought my daughter had anxiety when she had to come with me. Once the therapist started leaning towards her being the issue and not me, she stopped all sessions. She’s being called as a witness in July. I still have no faith the court will do anything but reiterate I have legal rights to visitation. She’ll go back to the court ordered schedule. But she will definitely do this again. …

Nor should you test it. I haven't heard of this happening but I'm sure it does. And the police wont help because it is a civil matter not criminal so the only way to do anything is to go back to court. The entire system is fucked and it will never change because so many lawyers and judges like it this way because it keeps a lot of people employed.

I haven’t seen my daughter since Oct 11, 2019. Before that my ex kept her from for a year and half. My daughter is 8 as well. I wish this was the outcome I could look forward to when we finally get a court date in July but in Texas there’s not a chance. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Best thing you can do is be civil, even if the other party isn’t. Make it 100% about the kids. Don’t attack them. Don’t give them the time of day on any issue other than those pertaining to the children. The courts seem to value the idea that you are ready to move on with your life and not interested in arguing with your ex any longer. Keep your arguments in court to what the law states and be matter of fact about it. Taking your emotions out of situations like this are very difficult but that i…

In reality, they should take into consideration both parent’s income. My ex married a multimillionaire. So while I’m struggling to get by she is living in a $2 million house. I agree about the debit cards. At least the money can be reviewed as to where it went that way. While going through a job change I asked my ex if she started getting the child support from my job again. The entire family court system is completely screwed up all across the US. I was paying $1100.00 in child support for 2 kids with my ex. I was bringing home $2900.00 a month after taxes and insurance. That left me $1800.00 a month for everything I needed to survive. I was also expected to live in a safe place with at least 2 bedrooms. 1 for me and 1 for my children. The average apartment in my area for a 2 bedroom was around $1200.00 a month for a decent place. So now I have $600.00 left for bil…

This sub is supposed to be about those situations where, for example, a father does not get custody of his children through a divorce even though he is the more fit parent, or a man is given a longer prison sentence than a female counterpart. Stuff like that is what this sub was made for.

“12 racist, sexist, and selfish men” literally is the title you damn donkey! How in the hell is that positive? There’s not a facepalm big enough for you two jackasses that responded to my reply.

The title is very suggestive of everything hardcore feminist say about any man. There is zero evidence to support that the men in the video are what the title states. If you can’t see that you are an idiot and one of those that has brought this sub down a few notches in recent months. This sub is about promoting inequality that men face because of their gender. It’s not meant to be the response to r/feminism. Making it so devalues the sun as a whole. Honestly this video has nothing to do at all …

I can save them a lot of time... In 2017 the WNBA made a whopping $51.5 mil. And that’s including a $25 mil broadcast deal with ESPN. In contrast, the NBA generates about $8 billion in revenue each year. TNT and ESPN paid $24 billion in total for broadcast rights. Steph Curry alone makes $37 million a year. And Lebron Makes $35 million. So these 2 players alone make more than the entire revenue of the WNBA.

It would just come out the same since the amounts owed are taken at a post tax rate. You would just have to pay more if it was not taxed on your end. The real problem is in the idea that men... or women in much fewer cases, should have to pay a set nominal percentage based on the number of kids. Before child support I bring home $1800 every two weeks, so $3600 a month. I pay $1200 in child support after everything is said and done. I have my kids 10 days out of the month and provide health insur…

You should argue case specific. Not apply a broad generalization to an instant that does support the narrative. And this one does not. Yes domestic “violence” laws are in that respect but this is not a domestic violence issue. If you want to support that fact, use a case that applies to that fact.

Can anyone explain why it is cheaper for women to have insurance, when, from what I’ve experienced, they are usually more distracted drivers and involved in more accidents?
/r/MensRights27/07/18 01:24 PM

While I see the article only mentions one man, there is no supporting evidence, in the article, that states it’s mostly women that I see. Just don’t want to see this sub being assumptive without supporting evidence. Don’t want it to be delegitimized

Ehhh it kinda seems like she is the one looking for a hit-piece article. There is a lot of I can't/don't want to talk about it. Funny how after countless questions she says that. Why would you even post something that is so vague and full of holes? These are the type of things that make me call bullshit on them.

He's right though! I can't stand Mike Pence but he wont be alone with a woman other than family members because of what can be said. Women shouldn't have such a loaded weapon but they do. What a time to be alive. SMH

Medical and Dental are supposed to be split between you both. Those are the only two things you are responsible for contributing to unless specifically stated otherwise in your decree. My decree doesn’t state that I have to pay for anything other than my half of the medical and dental. Mine specifically states I must return my daughter with everything her mother sends her with. My gf’s decree states that each party is responsible for providing clothing on their time. Neither of our decrees state…

/r/MensRights01/05/18 12:02 AM

It’s not a matter of understanding people. These were statistics. You compare a punch to a beating which is mentioned no where in the article. You’re assumption is that a man couldn’t simply punch he must have beaten someone while a woman is only capable of a slap. You are white knighting and trying to shade it as someone who just has an understanding of the subject when you clearly don’t.
/r/MensRights17/03/18 05:35 PM
4

You kind of are. You said that severity should be taken into consideration. I disagree. Assault is assault
/r/MensRights17/03/18 05:11 PM
6

So what you are implying is because I’m a man, if a woman punches me she should be punished with less severity than if I punched her because I hit harder? This is the MAIN problem with society and abuse against males. That idea is what hinders men from coming forward in the first place. The whole, “eh she’s just a girl man don’t worry about it” attitude. Everyone should just keep their fucking hands to themselves.
/r/MensRights17/03/18 04:46 PM
4

Not when you are talking about the number of cases. The severity does not matter. If the stat was based on severity of the incident that’s one thing but this wasn’t addressing that.
/r/MensRights17/03/18 04:38 PM
43

* But the even distribution of prevalence should not be taken absolutely, as there may still be a difference in the severity of abuse. * Bullshit. Abuse is abuse and statements like that are part of the problem. This implies that being a man means you are able to endure more abuse than women so it's not as serious.

Yeah their mom kept them from me because she wasn't happy that I had a new SO. Cost me $5000 to get the original court order enforced by taking her back to court again. She was told not to do that again or she WOULD be in trouble. WTF!!! No mention of the 6 months of time I lost

The entire child support system needs to be overhauled. Have my kids 14 out of 30 days in the month. She has them 16. That's only 2 days more and I owe her $1000 a month. AND I provide their health insurance. The system must assume when I have them they cost me absolutely nothing. It's like we walk in somewhere and free food, clothes, and entertainment are showered upon us. After the money I give her I have almost nothing left other than the money I have to pay bills with. It is a truly flawed s…

90%? That seems awfully high. Edit: I am a huge supporter for men's rights. I feel the idea of taking away or subtly smothering the rights of men is a backwards thought on equality. Yeah we had all the rights for a long time while others didn't but our right shouldn't be suppressed as others gain the same we had. However, a study this inaccurate only damages the plight.

While I may not totally agree with the guy, the woman, to me, represents the bigger problem with society. She wants someone killed because of decisions and ideas that her son has. Not that her son is wrong or right but her issue is with her son and to think that someone else dying is all of a sudden going to change her son's mind and make her life better is absurd

But he took at least 6 to 8 hits before he did something. You guys should really watch it again.
