I felt like that just a few years ago. I started lifting and standing up for myself. That helped a lot. Kind of unrelated to the sub but some people need to hit their bottom to take a hard look at their addictions. The red pill is all about fixing your life and achieving YOUR goals you're going to run across a lot of people like this and it hurts that you can't help them always but if you drag them Kicking and Screaming it'll just keep them from getting help in the future while additionally creating resentment for you.
