[/TIL]Call me crazy, but I think children conceived through rape should be automatically in custody of the victim (male or female), and the rapist should be stripped of any claim to parental rights. The victim can then choose to raise the child or give it up for adoption, and isn't constantly re-victimized for the next 18-21 years.
