1	Plea for help As someone who’s starting at 27, consider therapy like others said. I’m also recovering from depression and binge drinking. Have survived suicide. That’s when I realize how much I wanted to live. Maybe see a doctor for medication. Find a hobby you really enjoy, like the guitar. Listen to some music. Be physically active. Get those endorphins.
