1	Feeling sad for my friend who has hit the wall I also find it strange how it’s debated still. Absolutely a thing but maybe it has such a negative connotation and an equally frightening term. 1	Feeling sad for my friend who has hit the wall When I hear these anecdotes about a great brilliant person spending 4 years with a partner that hasn’t been able to succeed, I think “4 years around you constantly might be the problem”. Sometimes whatever a non successful partner is doing is what helps ambitious partner maintain or succeed. Similarly, successful ambitious partner might not be providing any kind of emotional support or that one thing that helps people feel empowered to interview for the next job.
