Depends on the sort of loving, I suppose. If it's a meaningful relationship, then sure, I'll walk back my statement somewhat. If it's just to get laid a bunch, then there's nothing inherently wrong with that either – it's just frivolous in my view.

Depends on the type of traveler you meet and where you meet them. As someone who has done long-term travel before, you do meet some women who fit these characteristics, and you meet some who don't. There are definitely women who fall through the cracks, of course. But it's harder to notice that invisibility. I've seen a few 'forever alone' women on this sub before, but they are a definite minority in comparison to similar men.

I think part of the reason is that it's much more normalized for women in the West to discuss romance and dating problems they face in society. I imagine that mostly it's with their family/friend networks or through the media in overly-negative cases. All you have to do is search for any dating-related news stories, and 99.9% of them will be written by and for women.
