I got pulled over recently because the tabs on the car where way out of date, and I hadn't taken care of the title transfer when I really should have. He said that the guy I bought it from got into trouble and he should take the plates off the vehicle to be surrendered. Instead of crying, I just told him the truth and said I should have done it. He let me go for being honest, not for pulling this crap. Of course, got em done the next day so I wouldn't lose it!

I think part of it is the whole "bigger you look, the more intimidating" thing within the animal kingdom, like a male that can force others into compliance can gain more resources? Regardless, saw a show called Braniac like 20 years ago that did all manner of measurements with consenting men and found absolutely no correlations between dong size and any other anatomy.
