Lol you think bodyweight fitness is harder than cardio? I do both and I can tell you I’m relieved on lifting days. No girls wants a dude with big muscles that are covered by a layer of fat. They’re equally important and cardio helps toning

Gym I go to is mostly just 40 year old semi overweight parents on the treadmill. When I was a scrawny 16 year old I was somewhat intimidated but people don’t really pay attention to you and I actually got some tips from them sometimes anyway. There’s nothing to be scared of

Personally for shit tests I just do nothing. “Violence doesn’t solve anything” Ok. “I wish men would help out around the house more“ Ok. “I hate when men cheat” Ok. Personally this works for me because 1. It just leaves her in a state of anxiety while she sees I really could care less which provides her with security and 2. It’s the easiest thing to do

About the violence against women. That brings up a great point that is EXTREMELY ignored - The lesbian domestic violence epidemic. 40% of lesbian relationships report domestic violence compared to 30% of straight couples and 20% of gay men.
