She wasn't annoying. She was fucking evil and broke me mentally. "Until a third party emerges, the Democratic party (along with centrist parties around the world) are the only hope in the US." Just to be clear, i'm not American and i'm not even capable of voting for Trump. I just see him as an example of what might happen if guys like him get into power. And a party similar to him has been gaining popularity since last election

But you know what, you're right. Now that i've seen how Trump runs America and similar, if not worse people are getting popular over here i just can't bring myself to vote right wing anymore. This has gone way too far

"They are openly racist, sexist and homophobic. Just because you aren't the main target of their hate, doesn't mean they are not hateful." That's kinda my main problem. I don't like hate. I just wanted everybody to get along. But i got so much shit from the left in the past that i just feel like it's pointless. If somebody has to be hated, might as well be them. Or so i kept telling myself. Because when i voted right wing they had 3% support at best so it didn't really matter. Now that they have…

"I mean the left sees you as a problem, the right as canon fodder" Both see me as cannon fodder. I've seen the polls. The right is slightly more respectful about it though "Find good people and educate them, if they are ignorant in some aspects" Nobody ever treated what i have to say seriously. Not even about my personal issues, let alone societal ones. I'm just an entitled, privileged straight white man who can't cope with society not revolving around me anymore. "Equality feels like opression"…

"The right just mentions it, then starts flirting with a drafting people" At least where i live, the left is just as much pro-draft as the right if not more. Women are the most pro draft social group. And when the war in Ukraine broke out and the topic of the draft was discussed again, feminist politicians preemptively mocked men for not wanting to get drafted. At least the right would call me a hero for being a soldier

The biggest harm the Joker did was making smoking look so cool

"I don't remember any reductive readings of the main character as an incel" Dude, the media and the internet were talking non-stop about how the movie is going to inspire incels to shoot up cinemas. To the point that even the FBI was concerned

With traditional masculinity you at least got to stroke your ego that you are "the leader" and have authority. "Positive masculinity" has the exact same expectations of you but also places you in a support role towards everybody but especially women

I've had women say this to me. But then when they show you examples of "normal" men it's basically Chads. They seriously thought you get those looks with basic grooming and a few months of light workout

And once you actually do conform to their vision of a productive member you are basically left on your own. Just be yourself, you'll find someone eventually, learn to be happy on your own in the meantime

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
