Many people in Finland would be okay with expanding conscription to women (and this is likely to happen slowly over time), but the Defence Forces have been against it. Why? The budget and the labor involved in total reform would diminish the resources they can allocate to their primary mission of national safety. My fiancee likes my body (I don’t), and I have several women as friends who seem to go for the same or simply don’t care that much. Ofc I also have friends who have a different type. I think it’s a bit more equal now, but I still don’t think it makes much of a difference if a woman is powerful, rich or funny unless she is also at least fit and preferably also attractive. It does for dudes. It did for me. This points to a gap in your upbringing that could be amended, and would lead to better relationships in general (family, friends, men, women, etc).
