Less than what you would pay at a restaurant for an entree and dessert for a traditional girlfriend/date in USA or Canada.

Yes. Costa Rica or Panamá. It’s officially legal in Panama if that’s a big concern for you. But both those countries are not a great value. Standard of living is high so that raises the donation quite a bit.

I have my regulars that I can assure you are not victims of sex trafficking. Your chances of getting arrested for spending time with a girl in Colombia or Cuba are essentially zero. Use rubbers. It seems like you know nothing about those countries but thanks for the lecture anyways. 🙏

Go to Colombia or Cuba every couple months and get rid of that tension.

Russia is not an s-hole. There’s less political freedom but just don’t criticize the government. 99% of news from western media is nonsense in regard to Russia. And the Texas man you talk about literally signed up for the military. He claims that he thought he was getting a construction job sure. But he certainly has to take some accountability for joining the Russian military during a time of war.

I am potentially in the same situation. Obscene life long spousal support payments that will ruin me financially and make it impossible to support my new partner and kids. I am considering Russia. They have a shared values visa, also known as the “anti-woke” visa, which is a quick path to citizenship. It applies to citizens of countries that Russia deems to be unfriendly to them. They are not a part of The Hague so no risk that they will enforce any international alimony agreement.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
