I disagree with this. Don’t have sex with him if you’re not 100 percent comfortable with the situation. You will never gain a man’s respect or commitment by simply sleeping with him. You’ll only regret it afterwards if it doesn’t go your way

There’s definitely appears to be some level of interest from her going off by what you’re saying. I’d advise you to pursue her and build a rapport before eventually taking her out
