I’m curious, what do you exactly mean by real advice? Because if anything you’re the one spewing rubbish. The reason being is because you’re neglecting the fact that working on yourself is the number one thing that you can do for yourself. So stop giving the generic rubbish neglecting the fact that working on yourself is key.

Those are lame excuses. Just because a girl is at the store shopping or doing whatever doesn't mean that she wouldn't want to be approached. First of all anyone who openly walks around and calls themself an “alpha” is a “beta.” (My opinion is that this alpha beta thing is stupid). If you want to be an “alpha” then work on improving aspects of you’re life and yourself. If you’re trying to sub communicate that you’re an “alpha” to a girl that’s easy if you’re improving and bettering yourself every day.
