I suspect that they are towards men aswell, but men as always don't complain. In my extremely flawed experience,en tend to be more forgiving of their supervisors. My boss is sometimes a dick. He also has a terrible job, and I don't envy the position or responsibility he has to maneuver to get his job done. I've felt that way about nearly every boss (who was a dink) I've had. I am not sure that if that is a common fallback thought for some women, which makes it a little harder for them to tolerat…

Majority of teachers are women. Majority of HR are women. Boys have a narrative as being more troubled and need to be taught by society to not be evil. This opinion is expected.
