1	How much did you spend? Wow… please enlighten us if you’re up for it. I haven’t filed yet, but my wife wants out. However, she wants to wait another two years till the market is ripe. I am so done. I just want to pull the plug regardless she’s scared that I will do that and we lose out on our really great mortgage rate currently on our two houses one with tenants renting. 1	Is there a natural way out of the depression? Time? Gym? I second this any form of martial art. The problem with Gym is if you’re not really motivated to get big or ripped, it can feel like another upward battle. With any form of martial arts/combat sports there is so many levels and nuances, which also includes a fitness regimen alongside that it adds another layer of, healthy small challenges to look forward to.
