Being unplugged is a bitter pill, so many men are conditioned to toe the line with female view of reality. Men will turn against you for pointing out truths about women and the feminine imperative, so for the most part men need to be lone wolves. Until men can identify likeminded men to communicate truth, best STFU unplugged blue pill betas is a poor use of time & energy unless you monetise it.

One of the main principles of Buddhism is non attachment, non a attachment to people, property & outcomes. It’s funny that Buddhism & spirituality, yoga etc is viewed as sort of beta but look at the history of Samurai and the fact they embraced meditation and a way of generating focus for battle https://taskandpurpose.com/hardcore-warriors-history-practiced-meditation/

I’m not so sure, I would consider it an understanding. I use my grandfathers straight edge to shave somethings although I’m not meditating I’m very present and mindful of my actions. Most people have something they do that requires great concentration and presents of mind - this would be akin to meditation although not in the way most people view it.

Thanks for the feedback, I feel like I’m loosing out if I’ve missed meditation for a period of time because a of busy life , kids work etc my experience of women and especially my wife is a constant desire for attention, while meditating she knows she’s getting no attention and afterwards she usually gives me a lot of space.

Plenty of books out there on meditation, I’m not going into how I practice that would be a bit like me explaining how I wank, find what suits you.

Stop drinking with her if she can’t handle her drink, and elevate his status. Become a better man

Seems to me like the advice here is kinda reckless, would be better off getting relationship advice with divorced barflies than some of the nonsense up here - everyone trying to out alpha each other. Easy to be alpha on forum and lie about your life and give some poor chump a bum steer, but hay the guys with the big karma here have monetised it and don’t give a fuck about some dimwit digitally swinging his Mickey. So go on and tell me what I don’t know

I’m pretty new to this stuff and fucked up with a post before reading the sidebar, in my humble opinion letting them decide which bar to go was a mistake, Men can walk into any bar on their own and get a feel for the place, quality women can’t do this... Suggest a bar you are very comfortable in (maintain frame) Suggest an unfamiliar bar you walk in with 3 women - women already in the bar will be curious about you. (Dread) Pass on drinking with your wife and her friends and drink with men (stimu…

Good man, being unpredictable is also not knowing what you are going to do yourself, if you plan to be unpredictable it can be read like a tell in playing poker ♠️ So an unpredictable pattern becomes a predictable pattern if you know what I mean.

I concur, makes perfect sense. We are born alone and die alone and somewhere along the way we have been made believe being partnered with someone will ease this pain, if you live like you could die at any moment or your partner could do the same you effectively spin on your own axis (act single) Life is to be enjoyed

Just drifted onto this video on youtube and it drew me to your Subreddit, only recently became redpilled, 48 years old 7 years married & 2 young girls 1 & 5. Was trying to understand our household (emotional rollercoster & children used as leverage) dynamic and bullshit that wasn't weighing up which led to watch a series of videos about narcissim, I was wondering was I dealing with NPD or BPD, drifted on to Richard Cooper/Rollo Tomassi & Paul Elam - red pill rage is a thing (ha ha) Death by a 10…
