Tinders fucking weird man. Im not bragging but u would place myself at an 8 and i get random ask outs from girls ALL the time at cafes and even 1 girl just asked me out in a resturant. I use tinder and get maybe one match a week with 0 followup. That shit is stupid AF id rather masturbate. Guys dont take tinder seriously at all or even use it. Its another girls approval seeking FB more than anything.

Something I noticed about Tinder profiles. If you look at a lot of guy profiles they usually list like something like this -I like Dogs -I enjoy Kayaking -My passion is reading philologists But then... a lot of female profiles are like -Swipe left if you just want to fuck, -You must be 6ft at least if you wanna hang out with me. -Don't be contacting me if you can't handle me at my worst. There's some overlap, but with women it's more about cutting and filtering people out. They use a lot of arbi…

It's the same issue that women say about men. That we think with our dicks and not our brains. Women have the same instinctual desires to go for chad thundercocks as we do for betty big tits. (I can't think of a better name). The allure for good genetics is there. If a woman is choosing a man because he's "nice" and "good for her" than she's using her higher faculties. Which isn't that common. Junk food sells vastly more than health food. Just think about that, and how society as a whole still i…

I'm doing the same thing. My bro's fiance fucked some guy who was married before, but I can't tell him outright. He's not the kind of guy to believe me over his fiance (despite knowing him since birth). Wait until the inevitable cuck then relay it. Men are damn stupid when they are "in love".

When you create a society that values career, "self fulfillment", and happiness more than family... It will eventually end up to the dissolution of family. First sign was feminism women wanted to work. Women stopped caring for families. Then divorce, they didn't care about breaking up families. Now MGTOW, nobody cares to even start a family. Natural progression.

I'm not sure why women shame other women for being a housewife. Although for me to be a househusband I could totally see my male friends giving me shit for it. So I guess I sort of understand. It's a shame that family values are seen as lesser than careers. Careers are the means to an end.... which ultimately is family. So why do people work? For family. So wtf is the point of having a good career when people neglect their families for more money? It's ass backwards. You ask anyone what's more i…

Welfare is definitely part of it. Snowflake culture though, is the epicenter of all issues (even welfare). I don't know who's old enough to remember, but basically the old idea was "hey you're a piece of shit, keep quiet and do your duty". Teachers had control of classes and parents controlled their kids. Even though there were abuses and such, generally those kids grew up obedient and without an artificial sense of worth. Nobody was a princess and nobody raised their kids to believe they were a…

Feminists want to believe it's men who is the cause of their "oppression" or "inferiority". Because if it's not men, then it's biology. Why have men invented all the things we use? Why are men stronger? Why are men generally leaders? If it came out that biology is the cause of sexual dimorphism, it leads to a determinism they cannot handle. The snowflake culture has made them unable to cope or accept that they aren't capable in the ways men are. So they need men to be the whipping boy for their …

My old boss used to show glenn gary glenn ross in meetings to motivate us into alpha salesmen. I'm really curious during his bathroom sessions with all that blow did he ever think a fictional movie about overbearing man who talked brass balls as role models ever crossed his mind as stupid or detrimental to his business. I don't think he did, because he ended up losing everything and the company shut down and is no longer there. There's also a whole gang of PUAs I knew that try to act like James …

I think you're reading too much into it. The main point isn't that he's trying to claim "PTSD" as a unique psychological disorder to war vets only, he's trying to subvert the idea that reddit boys drinking clubs are a form of PTSD. Regardless, if we're talking PTSD like all forms of mental disorders they have existed since the beginning of time, but officially the first forms and signs of it studied and attributed to DSM standards are to war vets of the civil war. If you're AWALT, I think you're safer staying MGTOW life long. Learn to love something else. We're all brainwashed to want a family. Just got to release the shackles of our propaganda and learn to love... painting or something. But if you believe that the problem is the cultural, legal, and governmental problems... the end goal is to save enough money and start a family in another country. Hear hear, Thing is, you don't need to tell MGTOW this. It's RP plate spinners and PUAs that need to know this. They will become MGTOW eventually. But I somewhat enjoy the idea of them thinking they think understanding fire prevents them from getting burned by it and then proceed to go running into a burning building.

Someone with a mental health disorder can know they have a disorder. I know people with OCD and even autism that know they are different. The issue is they don't know how to stop. You don't control all your brain functions as you like. Your conscious awareness is only capable of certain things. If you hear a loud noise you aren't capable of not flinching. Although I think his last statements are inflammatory and inaccurate, I think he was being tongue in cheek and kind of facetious.

Makeup has made women 10x more beautiful than they actually are, causing men to be super pussy whipped, and caused a major gender swing. Like honestly, imagine any of the no makeup women asking for a favor or having any power over you. None, none whatsover... especially if they have shitty skin. I don't care how horny you are. The left and right pictures have totally different abilities to manipulate men. If the second girl approached me in a cafe asking for a drink at a club. I'd outright refus…

They believe marriage is about them being happy, so they feel 100% justified for divorcing for any emotional reason. Which is why so many marriages fail. It's impossible to keep any other person happy. People have a hard enough time keeping themselves happy. How da fuck you gonna keep another person happy all the time?

I remember reading another court story with the same result coming from a female judge. It's MOSTLY men who are still BP about female nature. Women don't see other women as Disney princess that need to coddled and protected. Male judges are the ones who are siding with women because they FEAR the feminist backlash. On the other RP thread they were basically saying that if you ever want a fair chance in court you better try to get a female judge. You drastically increase your chances of not getti…

Yeah staying at home with your mom doing laundry isn't exactly so attractive to women. But neither is being in debt or having no money. It's the now vs the later. Do you want to spend all of your money on rent and have no future savings and never be able to save for a home? Or save all your money now, live with mom and be unattractive to women now? Not everyone's situation is the same, and it's gonna depend on your circumstances as to which choice is better.

So you're telling 35% of men to go live in Iowa? I know plenty of guys making 65k plus still living with family because that's the economical thing to do. Not because they depend on their parents. Why the fuck would anyone choose to rent an apartment and bleed out $1800 a month, when they can choose to stay with their parents, save money for 10 years, and then be able to own a house in those 10 years time? The drosphillia experiment was peer reviewed. In regards to man seed = longevity, that's still up in the air. I don't think anyone really knows atm. At the very least, I'm experimenting with nofap. It's just interesting that a lot of ancient medicine's say that abstinence and seed retention claim to give you longer life, in connection with this article at least. There are studies that show drosphilla flies forced to postpone sex live much longer when sexual partners aren't available. In addition there's an area of China famous for longevity (it's a tourist destination because people there are centenarians) and they claim that sexual abstinence (they still have sex sparingly) is accredited to their long lives. They also have separate rooms from their marriage partners. It's also part of some Traditional Chinese Medicine theories that your sexual essence …

RP is going to becoming mainstream very soon. Everyone's had too much "feminist" BS (The extreme hippy dippy ones who make safe spaces who snap because clapping triggers them). Just like when women were oppressed in the past, feminism was created to counteract that oppression. Now feminism is the new oppression, and RP is the backlash in response to that oppression. Why the MGTOW hate? If you want to live a good happy fufilled life, MGTOW is the most economical and sane option atm to avoid financial and psychological ass raping. If you want a hedonistic risk filled life, then spin plates. But know the cards are stacked against you, and you should realize you are playing Russian Roulette all the time. That's what I used to think. But there's a socioeconomic area that finds cat calling both acceptable and warranted. In "lower" class areas cat calling is a predominant form of women chasing. It's part of some cultures in New York as well. I saw a post by a guy in that woman who was cat called in NY and several people brought attention to it. They said that it's not only the norm there but there are a ton of women that like the attention. It's sort of in the same vein as how getting bouncing cars…

Wow... I had the Exact same thing happen to me. Except the good looking in high school part. I was pretty good looking a few years ago though and I also got a "lupus rash" but it was seb derm. I solved it recently and fucking surprise surprise women all of a sudden start showing interest as soon as the rash is gone. I think men have always had a psychical need for relationships. Otherwise the species would die out. Men don't need women for things besides copulation (which is very important but the only thing needed). However, women in the past depended on men for virtually everything else. Food, money, support, moving heavy shit etc. Now women don't really need men for all the things they needed them before. Women have jobs, support networks, and can get anything they need. Women still want relationships, a…

This sort of had me thinking... If an LTR relationship is truly going to work out, the value of being a partner must greater than the value of getting divorced. If this is a constant... then you minimize your chances of ever getting divorced. Too bad the reality is getting divorced almost always outweighs any companionship or love you can provide for a woman. The modern day woman doesn't really want love. She wants money. And she get love from just about any guy out there by opening her legs. So…

Are you after a dirty bulk? Does it matter to you if its fat or muscle? If it doesnt matter go straight for sugar and carbs with high fat. The combination hits your insulin to start glycogen uptake in fat and muscle cells. I wouldnt even count calories. Again I believe that CICO is a complete myth. I was eating a 3000 cal diet of mostly fats and gained 0 weight. When I tossed out the fats and went full carb i got fat like a mofo. I understand because at 5' 10" i weighed at 120lbs at one point. First of all, those statements don't contradict each other... at all. 1) Carbs make you fat. 2) You don't need to cut out all carbs. (cut back means reduce) The only scenario in which they would contradict each other is if someone is aiming for 0% body fat, which wouldn't even be possible on a 0 carb diet. If you look at my statements, I mainly say cut out bad carbs, processed carbs, or reduce. Never do I make the statement eat 0 carbs. Eating a 0 Carb diet is near impossible. Even your basic ve…

I've read that carbs are shorter term energy and fats are longer term. Which is why marathon runners now are adapting keto and paleo diets instead of high carb ones. Tim Noakes longtime marathon runner and nutrionist, used to be a proponent of high carb diets until he found out he had Diabetes. Then he switched over to a fats diet and talks about his findings and why he changed his mind: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WVLrQmnnAY

I know right? And they'll say stuff like..."You can't defy the laws of thermodynamics". That's like a child telling me all energy is constant and transferable so If I put my hand to a heater I can absorb the energy via dragon ball Z. My workout goal isn't to deadlift 3x my bodyweight. My goal is to look shredded. This is what weight lifters look like who go heavy carb are puffy. Whereas carb backloaders, ketos, and paleos look more shredded http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ask-the-super-strong-guy-low-carb-diet.html Carbs make you fat. Fats do not. I agree with your later assessment, some carbs are necessary for muscle recover and glucogensis if your goal is pure bulk. I agree that eating smart is necessary and eating balanced amounts of fat is necessary as well. (well the verdict on saturated is still up for debate). But calories don't make you fat. You can eat 3000 calories of fat and will not get fat. I know because I have tried it ... and the entire subreddit of keto and ketogains has tried it. I spent more than 6 months on a full fat …

Generally carbs provide more energy. I find as a skinny guy, upping carbs is immensely helpful in bulking. Unfortunately, like you said, it's just a fat bulk. And is more likely to end up gravitating towards moob territory as been my experience.

Carbs aren't bad if you're trying to lift heavy or bulk up, but it's a gross bulk when most of us are trying to get cut. The post was made in efforts to look good, not deadlift 300lbs or get super chubs. This is the wrong crowd to be advertising carbs for. Let me just throw this out there, and if you've been following the science you'll agree. LISTEN TO OP: A calorie is NOT a calorie. CICO is old, outdated, and doesn't even biologically make any sense at all. RP is a brotherhood of intelligent thinking people and I shouldn't have to lay out why calories are the epitome of bro science. A calorie is how well an object burns. I used to think exactly like that... you needed to put all your cards on the table, share and find compatibility.... I just implore you to try it. You'll find out from experience why it doesn't work. The only real qualms with his methodology is the presumption that you think there's some more "alpha" solution out there, and that leaving is somehow a cop-out. (Why? I don't know. Most of us RP guys aren't here because we're just mad at the world. We're here because we were betrayed by our own expectations. Expectations of loyalty and civility. The problem isn't that we are complaining about women. We're complaining about society that implanted our needs, desires, and expectations of what women are and what they become. All of her time is accounted for. And she's not exactly the type of girl you'd want to sleep with either. Also, my dad is the only man she's been with. She does tell me his problems openly. Like he gambles, he never agrees with her etc. If anything that's all she does is complain about him. She's not a 20 somethin…

I DON'T EITHER. But she seems rather happy. She often laughs at his jokes at her expense. I have no idea man. I can't even begin to fathom... I don't even think they have a single thing in common. They have no hobbies, they disagree on just about everything. But everytime I ask she says she loves him. And when I ask my dad about my mom he always says something super sarcastic about how "Your mom is the best woman in the world she's always right" (thick sarcasm)... etc.

Reminds me of the time when I was like 23 and taking driving lessons (lol yeah that happened) and there was this kid tyler who I kinda liked. He was poor so I took him and his friends for lunch once. And I remember distinctly this was the time it hit me how beta being nice was because this girl said "You're way too nice". It hit me like a ton of bricks that being nice wasn't a common thing in their world. To me, a few bucks on a lunch was nothing, but to them it was like I was buying their cooln…

It's not just soley based on my mom. I've had personal experience with it as well. I remember another time that I was in a group doing some kind of video project. And I was so pissed off at how little progress was getting done and I just ended up eye rolling. The girl there showed definite interest in me after I showed my utter contempt for how utterly incompetent everyone was being, including her. I'm more convinced that women view a guy who openly shows contempt for inadequacy is a sign of hig…

I know it's utterly annoying especially to us fellow men. IT defies all laws of good relationships. I have a friend. I like him, he likes me. We have bbq's together. I bring over chips, and we laugh together and he buys my stocks and I buy his cars. Everyones happy. If it's a fucking woman I have to pretend I'm going, but not actually show up. When she calls, I don't answer. I pretend I'm doing something better at the time. I wait the golden rule of 3 days to answer her. When I do, I sure as hel…

I see this in my mom and dad. My mom's an absolute sweetheart and my dad comes off as a total douche bag a lot. But she stays with him. And I always gotta be like "Mom...why the hell did you choose dad?" She never has a good logical answer besides "I love him". Women are utterly retarded and don't get into relationships via logic. Despite her being a very logical person, she still is lead around by my dad possibly because he treats her like shit. He berates her in public and often humiliates her…

In game theory, one of the best possible responses to game dilemmas is tit for tat. In essence, by mimicking what your opponent or partner is doing, you reward those who are beneficial to you and punish cheaters. The people who are loyal all the time get burned. Those who cheat all the time get cheated by other cheaters and everybody loses. By adhering to a tit for tat and making it CLEAR to your partner that this is your strategy, economists who ran a computer simulation found this to be the op…

Yes it's dangerous in the sense that it can cause a copper or iron imbalance as they compete for absorption both when ingested and in the body. However, most people seem to be copper excessive, especially if it's in your piping or drinking water. And zinc can actually displace a copper toxicity.

You may want to try Zinc megadosing. If you look it up, there are quite a lot of men who have had good things to say about it. There are some weirdo side effects (I've had as well), such as extremely vivid dreams. But on the whole it makes you feel more masculine and wanting to punch stuff. I've been looking up the contents of semen and supplementing those things in an effort to make up for the lost nutrients I've wastefully lost. I believe this lead to my feminize qualities recently. It was so …

So... These women slept with him only because he did a good Johnny Cash impression? smh. I'm kinda ashamed that women have the sexual selection power in the gender wars.

I've seen some pretty fucked up people reproduce. Believe me... there is no "justice" in the sense of who gets to reproduce. It's not a predetermined macro darwinian intervention as you seem to make it out to be OP. It's simply, you, the time and the place. One of my buddies is the ugliest looker out there. He literally dedicates his life to games. We all pegged him to be the last married. Surprise, surprise he was the first one. Everyone pegged me to be the first married. I'm dead last. I don't…

Sometimes the way girls read situations are often just ego jujitsu. I once was dancing in a club, straight up just looking at the stage and the DJ. Girl walks in front of me, and then turns around looks at me with stink eye from top to down, and reaches over to talk to her friend like I'm thirsty for her. I'm like... "shit this ho be for real?" First of all, I'm pretty good looking and have excellent luck with ladies. I had this sense she just recently had plastic surgery and was trying to act l…

I don't think I agree on that facet. There's quite a lot a nurse needs to know in case of coding, injections and medication. The nurses I've had actually caught my doctor's mistake in over prescribing meds and generally were very helpful to my time in the hospital. I'm not exactly sure what experiences you've had with nurses but the times I've had were respectful, knowledgeable, and pretty much caring all around. And I'm speaking to both male and female nurses.

I didn't always take zinc with nofap. TBH I didn't get the huge benefits without the zinc. I got some, but it seemed to be multiplicative on zinc.

It's the magnesium content. Magnesium will give horrible horrible shits. Maybe you could give just zinc a try. Gluconate is the form that gives people the least digestive problems if that helps. I'm using optizinc now but I have a feeling the copper is hindering absorption... So I'm switching to gluconate in a few days.

For skinny guys who can't seem to gain weight, I highly suggest taking zinc supplements. I was sitting at 130lbs forever and couldn't get past it. No matter how much I ate or changed diet 130lbs seemed to be my max. Tried everything, brown rice, meats, all the usual stuff meatheads say on the forums and youtube. "Blah blah, eat more, take more carbs" etc... Then I was experimenting with nofap and supplements and gave zinc a try. Within a week I gained an immediate 10lbs and hit 140. Now I'm at 1…

I've seen women more vicious than men despite our male caveman stereotype. My Ex once walked over a little kid right in the doorway. She saw it, and continued walking... no pause, no "are you okay sweetie?", just plow on through. She was a typical spoiled rich brat girl who had everything silver plated to her. I get the sense if a guy did that... he would be immediately demonized and berated by the crowd. But because she's a hot girl, no one ever put her in her place. And that's why you get thes…

lol I'd say don't read philosophy. You'll only think more. I don't think you need anything to get started. Reading more into it and watching videos only makes it more complicated. Just sit and zone out... and let your mind hit zero. Sometimes I just imagine myself being a dumb jock... and then just "DURRRR". It helps in emptying my mind. I know it sounds facetious but it really does work.

I have this same problem (I'm into philosophy and bio btw) and recently have gotten into zen. Which is basically... Don't think. Thinking is the cause of suffering. Just don't think. We think thinking helps us. But it doesn't. Our opinions are useless and thoughts don't amount to anything. You don't need to think to survive. And thinking in some ways hurts our survival. Why? Thinking is basically judging. And judging is making that which is in front of you... into something else. You're essentia…
