Oh, you don't know yet. I've got a cheat sheet; it might help you in your case, too. Give it a try! And good luck, either way you choose. ;) http://roage.com/res/html/CheatSheetMarkV.html

Hehe, that's another way to say it. However, I said what I meant. Can you explain the difference?

OP, can you describe for us the difference between law and colorable law?

That's simple. Do you have faith in yourself? Do you think that you have the capacity to be something more than base urges? Do you think that you can heal from what you've experienced? Do you think you deserve to? If you can do any of those things, then there is a chance that humanity at large can, too. But you don't need faith in humanity. You only need faith in yourself. It is a simple thing, but not easy. Even still, I believe in you, so believe in yourself. Everything will turn out okay.

The system is inverted. To walk into a courtroom is to be seen as guilty. Evidence need not apply.

I've been divorced one year. No lawyer would take my case for less than $20,000, so I took matters into my own hands and dove deep into the law. When I heard the verdict of child support, that I'd failed, I attempted suicide, but didn't succeed. My three sons are six years old and younger: she has a 400 pound white knight trying to play step-dad, the boys still tell me of the abuse they suffered with her last boyfriends - my sons are medicated into submission by her need for a babysitter so she …

It's really a matter of perception. The actual cause of your misery is that you are looking elsewhere for fulfillment. Your focus is on women, from the content of your response, "Can't live with them or without." You know who you really can't live without? Yourself. Focus on what you want, what fulfills you; who you are, first. If you discover your own needs and learn to fulfill them, you'll find you don't need women after all, or, if you do, you'll be better equipped to handle that relation shi…

Shorthand, the judges are sentencing you to pay for their salaries under the guise that it's what's best for the children, and through fear-mongering, they then enlist the unwitting assistance of the mothers in divorce cases.

Sorry for the late reply. Child support and it's collections are one of five major streams of income for the state; for every dollar collected, the fed grants 66 cents on one contract, and 33 cents on another. In Blessing v. Freestone, the Supreme Court rules that the state may use funds collect through Title IV D contracts as they deem necessary - the statute creates no enforceable rights on behalf of an individual, meaning that the children and families affected by child support have no right …

You're right, we are witnessing the slow implosion of Western Society. Unfortunately, I've traveled the world and many other places I just like here, just over there. Westernization has taken such a strong foothold and many countries like Japan, I sense that the downfall of the West will be the downfall of most of the world. We can't do anything as individuals going our own way to stop it; and while powerful consciousnesses tend not to act in groups, as groups are a means of power generally used…

Child support collections go into the state treasury which pays the judges first. Of course they know it; it's paying their salaries.

Look up Amen Osiris and Rick W on YouTube. Find the tools you need to fight back. Return to sender any letters you receive from them, by certified mail, unopened, and do not walk into a court or child support hearing. Child support is 100% contract law (not actual law), and if you walk into a courtroom or hearing (even for divorce), you give them the jurisdiction to do whatever they want, namely, fuck you. Walking in invites the fight - a long, drawn out and stressful fight, whose odds are heavi…

Sounds to me like post-partum depression with bipolar tendencies. When my ex went through the same thing, it was because she was the beauty pageant child until she was seven - when her brother was born. She had a deep-seated need to be the center of attention, and when her brother was born - and subsequently, the children - she lost that. The kids only reinforced it. Couple that with hormones and the underwritings of a failed marriage... Similar symptoms. Maybe it helps you to analyze the situat…

Men are indoctrinated into systems of honor and provisions because as a society, we treat them as expendable. Think about who works the shittiest jobs, how 92% of work related deaths are men. The percentage of male soldiers or policemen, firefighters and construction workers. The percentage of homeless that are men, or male veterans. "Taking it like a man," "Happy wife equals happy life," all of these sayings teach us that we mean nothing of value, beyond what we are able to produce for society.…

Honestly, it's the same for me. The chick wants unilateral decision making for the children and for me to pay for all of her life expenses. I've paid for her life expenses for the last year while the kids lived with her, seeing them only twice a week and on weekends. I want to do alternating weeks, but she doesn't want to hear any of that, claiming they're too young to be far away from her that long. The lawyers I've talked to keep saying I only have an uphill battle and thousands of dollars wor…
