Homes are designed for families. A single man could feel inadequate living in a 3bed 2bath home. I like studio apartments, lofts in a garage like han from Tokyo Drift, or cabins on acreage. Living in a tract home in suburbia is hell for me. Blue pills everywhere, kids, single moms, etc.
