There’s a difference between letting your intentions be known with a girl and emotionally unloading on her. If you’ve orbited this girl for 2 years and she has a bf it’s too late and just find a new girl and don’t spend 2 years tiptoeing round your interest in her.

How often do you change your gym routine? switching it up every 3/4 months can help with plateaus, like going from a PPL to a 5/3/1 or upper lower split etc.
