In fact, one of these friends I'm describing used to be small, skinny, and unconfident. He started lifting and completely transformed his image. But for a while he got a little too caught up in it. Luckily he snapped out of it, started making good grades, and is now going to grad school for PT. So there's a success story for you right there where lifting definitely helps, but it is not the primary or final solution

I gotcha. I mean I agree. Lifting is important to me as well. And I listed its benefits. But like I said, I've have some friends that got completely caught up in the lifting. Unless you're a world class body builder or some type of professional athlete, you're not going go anywhere in life by simply lifting weights. And I've seen posts on RP about guys who take lifting to an unhealthy. Just today I read a post of some dude that kept taking HGH to get taller look bigger despite massive headaches …

Great advice on here for the most part. But don't get to caught up in lifting. It is important, but not the most important. It's important for your self image, maintaining discipline and a healthy lifestyle (which is an attractive). But it should not be your number one priority. I have some friends who only focus on their bodies and don't develop any other skills. You will get women this way, but only stupid and shallow women. And now that we're getting older, some of them are starting to realiz…
