1	Anyone get extremely insecure when they watch fitness vloggers like David laid and Jeff seid? Tips on body dysmorphia? Nah man, anyone can be fit. I was scrawny like David was when younger and I improved myself a lot. He's more an inspiration, not a discouragement. I took a different path tho, bodybuilding was never much attractive to me, I went for a physical straining sport (rock climbing). However gains and abs are gained in the same way, training hard. Everyone can do it. People who think they can't are just lying to themselves to not try to do it. Don't lie to yourself.	/r/askTRP	14/07/20 03:27 AM
