It’s statutory rape. Definitely not violent and forced rape. I see where the mixed feelings come from. The word rape usually gets associated with the latter.

Idk man. That guy seems like a massive pussy. Jokes aside. Definitely the wrong sub haha

I think the correct term is statutory rape. But yeah “sexually abusing” is not the same.

“Not trying to make this a race thing”. But you did. Post natal depression lasts a few months. Not 3 years.

Never defended her. I called her what she is. A child predator.

Definitions are important. They’re not the same thing. Words are important, using them in the wrong way misleads and deceives. Nowhere am I debating the seriousness of this. I am simply saying that it should be defined properly.

I’m not arguing that. Just using the correct terms for what it is. She didn’t tie him down and force him. His parents knew and he had sleep overs etc. The entire family was fine with it. The term ‘rape’ is not correct. ‘Statutory rape’ is fine. That being said… it’s illegal and immoral. My personal opinion (as irrelevant as it is) is that the age of consent should be 21-24 when the brain has fully developed. Anything below that should be 1 year apart max. The correct term would be: illegal sex w…

‘Statutory rape’ is not the same as ‘rape’. This is illegal sex with a minor.

It’s not rape, but it’s definitely illegal and unethical. Read the article and you’ll understand.

You’re clearly not Dutch, I am. You would have known from my name if you were. You have made an outright exaggeration. There are just as many shitty Moroccan origin Dutch youths as there are white Dutch youths. In fact, in many cases there are more white trash. You generalising an entire group while misquoting the Quran stands out here. You clearly have opinions but haven’t bothered doing any research. The best way to learn is to ask questions and to be open minded. 3:151 this verse refers to th…

She is currently stateless. Both England and Bangladesh don’t recognise her as a citizen. The judge took a political stance and made her stateless. Islam is totalitarian and incompatible with western ideologies? Interesting point. I want to know more about what you think about that. Out of curiosity. Have you read the Quran, Bible, or Torah? I’ve read all three. I would love to discuss them more. I disagree with all three, but I definitely recognise the good/bad in each.

The article says: “The court also held that Javid had acted lawfully even if it meant Begum, now 24, was effectively stateless – because she theoretically held Bangladeshi citizenship, which applied up to her 21st birthday, at the time of his decision in 2019.” Theoretically held Bangladeshi citizenship? 😂 Come on now. So when she behaves well, she’s English. But when she does something bad, she’s no longer English? And your last paragraph is straight up racism. There are plenty of muslim countr…

Stripping one’s citizenship works when they are immigrants with another nationality. I completely agree with that. She has no other nationality and was BORN and raised in England. This is the key issue. You again seem to use her skin colour as a justification for her not being “Real English”. Or the use of “Islam” as an excuse. I believe all the Abrahamic religions are wrong. But to say that Islam is worse than the other 2 or in someway an ideology of hate? That just shows a lack of knowledge on…

It’s definitely part of the reason though. She’s brown and muslim. Not considered “real british” despite being born and raised in England with only one nationality. This is a serious issue and the government is using her as a political prop. The solution to this is much easier. Either charge her with treason or jail her for terrorism. But don’t try to pawn her off to another country that doesn’t owe her anything.

“I still have marks in my eyeball where I was crying so hard from the fact that I would not be able to see American men anymore.” She said at that moment she felt like her “life was over” and detailed further on the conditions of the room she was kept in. What did I just read lmfao? What

Bro you’re such a little B%#%. What is this shit? You don’t feel remorseful for getting someone fired for absolutely nothing of their making? I have a policy. DONT LIE. Especially for the little things. Because eventually it comes out and trust is difficult to regain. Why would you lie about never having been there? Lmfao! What do you gain? Nothing. Absolutely fuck all. If she said “Oh here again with another girl.” I would understand why you’re angry. But such an innocent question to what I pre…

When you’re under attack and in the heat of the moment - that’s what self defence looks like. She hit him first. Husband stood up and moved towards him too. The guy pushed her back and saw him unconscious and stopped. The real question is, what happened before this. Did the guy do anything wrong prior? Or was this woman just toxic and hit someone to start a fight.

I mean Dubai is definitely not that strict. It only becomes a problem when it’s public indecency and/or social media indecency. Most people that have committed small crimes like this get deported. Jail time is usually reserved for rapists, attacks, fights, and financial crimes.

I live here. For a long time. Your comments are half true and extremely hypocritical/naive. This shit happens everywhere. Prostitution etc. In Dubai the laws are clear. PUBLIC indecency and sharing pornography is not allowed. Privately in your own house - do as you please. Just don’t annoy your neighbours/community.

Dating is not “just friends”. Even if it’s the first date. You would just answer the question with what you want/don’t want rather than explaining the current relationship status UNLESS you’re not into it.

WHICH society? There have been and there are TONS of female leaders. She’s generalising all of the west. The west consists of many countries and many cultures. Not all of them are the same, or similar for that matter. You can’t just take a brush and paint an entire region with it. She made a blanket statement and that statement is wrong. This is the main issue I find when looking at feminists and their debates/arguments. They make vague blanket statements and misrepresent statistics. If we took Jeff Bezos and 100,000 other middle income men. Then take 100,001 mid…

The OP is about cardi b requiring the same punishment as bill cosby. CheesePuff wrote: “Didnt Bill Cosby Rape people though? You cant compare Robbery with Rape. It's illegal Apples to Oranges.” He obviously ignored the drugging. They both deserve a life sentence for that alone. You can’t punish further than that (besides the death sentence which I’m against). The OP was not comparing rape to theft. The OP was comparing a man and a woman drugging people against their will.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/11/20 12:26 PM

Because it’s a stupid comparison. They’re obviously not equal. What we should be looking at is the drugging aspect. That’s where they relate and that’s where we can debate/discuss our opinions on the severity of punishment. The notion that cardi b should not face punishment for drugging someone because they only robbed instead of raped the individual is beyond stupid. Drugging someone is DANGEROUS to that persons life, health, and mental health. In my opinion drugging someone against their will …

We’re talking about drugging someone and robbing them of their rights. Both deserve a life sentence. Drugging someone is dangerous and can kill someone. No one is debating rape vs theft. I’m saying that a minimum threshold was reached for both. Putting life threatening chemicals into someones body against their will in order to violate their rights further is that threshold. Both of them should be locked up.

Drugging someone is never less severe. Also most men would not come forward about hiring a prostitute ffs... come on. This is equally bad. It’s like saying killing 2 people is worse than killing 1. No. They’re equally bad.

I know people that have died to COVID that were otherwise healthy. Unless you’re qualified and studied 7 years for a medical degree - stay silent and listen those more qualified than you. The arrogance shown with an open display of pride in ignorance is so sad.

She tried kick his nuts. Size does not mean she cant hurt him. He judo dropped her to the ground and got off of her. He didn’t punch her or anything like that. The whole “he’s bigger” “she’s a girl” thing just shouldn’t be used anymore. Anyone that raises their fist first is wrong. No matter size, fighting experience, skin colour, fist size, gender, sex, or whatever else. First one to raise their fist is ALWAYS wrong.
