1	Turns out she's abroad, can't close a date for at least 3 weeks In hindsight, sure, it would have been better to get her number so I can control the first interaction and avoid this abroad situation altogether, but why is it always better? I've seen a lot of people (on TRP as well) say that asking for her number makes her feel uncomfortable and "on the spot"; And that you should just hand her your number confidently and tell her to call.
