I think women should start their own businesses, hire only women, and pay them ten times what men make doing similar jobs. Give them family leave one month per year and a week's paid sick leave every time of their month. I'm sure such a business would be hugely profitable because women everywhere would frequent it regardless of their exorbitantly priced goods, simply because it helps women.
