1	No one was arrested for asking "do I know you". He was arrested for bear hugging a woman he didn't know and not letting her go... We were just linked to the police report, which made no mention of the bear hug. Lets say he did know the girl and that sort of greeting was appropriate, he made a mistake, if the bear hug was mentioned in the police report then i think most people would have been more sympathetic. But it does seem strange that the thing that made this situation reasonable was left out of the police report, and i am curious as to why.
