This is wild exaggeration. There are plenty of women 30+ who are smoking hot, keeping in shape, and are more mature / lowkey than younger women. That no dancing rule is stupidity. Dancing is such a big display of confidence and SMV if you don't make an ass out of yourself. I've had many nights where dancing has either gotten me laid, gotten me a number, or just gotten to make out with some random hottie who you never see again.

I keep getting this comment, so some context: she was pissed off because I went to a concert with this girl, and it was a band she liked.
