Yeah it’s not due to the “patriarchy”. I’m a dude and think that she should get the book. If anything you could attribute this to toxic femininity. Lying about abuse is something women have been doing forever. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was slot going on during the metoo movement to garner attention. Or perhaps it’s just due to individual toxicity.
