Only in the sense that the female-specific operations cause more damage than the male-specific one. Unfortunately, the only real tool we have to prevent our exclusion from the discussion amounts to "make a big deal out of it". We can't change the facts, and denying them won't do us any favors in the long term. Sure it is. An arrest does not mean "go straight to prison, do not pass go". It means "get detained by the police". In theory, she could have been out of there within the hour if everything lined up right. You don't end up in prison until a sentence is reached.
