-1	Watch out for logical fallacies in your arguments. I'd like to ad "Using an argument which can be applied to nearly anything else." Example: Even if guns are made illegal, criminals will still find a way to acquire them. The reason this doesn't work is because one could easily use such logic to legalize everything. (Crack, drunk driving, murder) If you're only justification is that people will do it anyway, it's a shit argument. Edit: I was simply using this as an example.
