That's the only issue with this sub mentality. Obviously the strategy on this sub can work for some situations but it won't work for everyone regardless. Some women will let themselves go as they age and even if you look ripped and follow the rule book on this sub it doesn't guarantee she's going to get fit and make you sandwiches in her polkadot bikini.

This is a possible but some women suck at sex or hate giving blow jobs and other women love giving oral. If you marry a girl who hates giving oral period then that sucks for you as there isn't much you can do to change that. My wife has a bad gag reflex and basically this weird aversion to spit. The sight or sound of spit makes her want to gag even her own spit. It's the weirdest fucking thing. And yeah it sucks. I basically will never get a good BJ unless I got hire someone.

Lifting is great and all but I'm a believer of good cardio workouts too like cycling and running. Honestly if you're fit and active that's all that matters.

This dude needs to get into better shape but it also seems like his wife needs to work out too and get more fit. Older women in 40s and 50s can still look good if they are a good weight. Also the wife could suck in bed too. Maybe she gives shitty blow jobs or doesn't blow him at all. Maybe her vagina is all loose and she needs to do Kegals to grip his dick more. Maybe he wants anal but she won't do it etc.
