lf u want to know if its worth it, talk to some guys who done it. not online, real guys. you can see them around in busy areas like yaletown, stanley park, gastown, who knows, even metrotown. when you see pick up artists on the street, ask them about their results. this will allow you to know whether it;s worth it without having to do it

maybe its just you. l see plenty of gen z in groups, at parties, the beach, etc. lf u go to big events like santacon, comicon, and even any sporting event (ncaa, mlb), they're out there in droves. of course, however, theyre not there to meet wierd pua, or lonley desperados. the point is, genz is still out there in groups. just cause youre not part of the action doesnt mean action isnt hapening. the lonliness has more to do with personality flaws rather than generation. a flawed genxer is going t…

most cold aproach, like the kind op does, is circling (like a shark) around a park for hours at a time, and trying to ask out 15 strangers in a day. he;s not walking to work and happens to see someone he;s attracted to. he;s not even really trying to end it at a conversation. guys like him have to leave with a phone number, like a salesman isnt going to just talk to you and not try to get you to buy the product. thats the whole point in him talking to u at all

the rejection isnt always obvious. alot of females will try to be polite, and alot of pua will interprete that as interest, so some females simply will give a number, and then block the guy. other indirect rejection is to follow, and unfollow on instagram

l mean the only reason why alot of low value men think that it;s either cold approach or online dating is cause these low value men never get invited to parties. l dont even consider myself a popular guy, and l see my snapchat, ig, discord friends post stories about parties.

l know a bunch of guys who cold approach and no one ever answers their calls

l think alot of guys will say that cold approach used to be acceptable because theyre counting on people forgetting about the 80s, or counting on people never having lived through that era. for those who do, they know that it was never common for men to cold approach random strangers on the street. lt's definitely something that became more common in recent years, but just cause it;s more common doesnt make it socially acceptable

a pua goes to parties he was never invited to in order to "socialize"

usually guys who r shunned are shunned by both men and females. because even if some men accept you, they will introduce you to females which could eventually lead to something. the pua who are shunned usually are not even accepted by men. l dont think theres such a thing as wrong city. even in a ces pool like ny, you will find someone who accepts you for who you are. as far as looks go, hey, look at the vast majority of married couples out there. they arent particularly cute. outfits? hey look …

and if humans actually responded to cold aproach, most people would cold aproach. the reason so few people do it is cause no one is going to say, wow, that guy came up to me out of nowhere, let me date him

even in 1970, it was always the outcasts, and misfits who were doing it

man u think we were born yesterday? the only person who believes this is you. l dont know what u get out of lying to random strangers online. shouldnt u be out there cold approaching? u claim to be in a relationship, yet u on here posting all day long. must be a lonley life. l dont think theres anything you can say to make your lies sound more believable. what sounds more plausible is that redit is probably the ONLY place you;d ever get a response from anyone, EVER

l think it was cause your look was more attractive to men when you were younger, but it doesnt mean men are approaching less. theyre probably just approaching a younger crowd now, like 15-20. but l would say that if you stood in a train station and strictly observed men aproaching random strangers 10yrs ago vs today, l think there are more guys doing it now possibly. more mentally ill guys today than before. l dont know about the guys who approached you, but most of the guys l know who pull thos…

maybe. l also went to a large public school, although it wasnt a comuter school. lt was a mixed bag of people who lived on and off campus. l just never noticed it (cold aproaching) at my school, and l normally pay close attention to these kinds of things. l mean l do see it in malls, streets, and parks, but never at school.

thats silly. thats like saying youre not panhandling cause youre afraid to get turned down

not really. a creep was a creepy whether it was 1970, or today. dont think pua were any more welcomed back then. lt was always a low value thing to do

they get hostile usually cause the guy is to autistic to know when it;s apropriate to do so. lf you see someone at the gym all the time, and say hi, most females will be cool with that. or if u see a female waiting for a machine youre using, and you ask her if she wants to work in with you, that;ll probably get you alot further than saying hey to some random female in a mall. hey if you come out of nowhere in a park, and say to a female, hi, then l dont blame her for being hostile. most of the g…

even in college, people dont really go up to random people. l;ve seen it during the first couple of weeks of the fall semesters, but after that, people generally form their cliques, and stay that way. even when they do go up to someone, theres usually some sort of connection, ie they know your roomate, or something. lts never a matter of you standing in the quad and just going up to random females who look good. l dont think that was ever the norm, nor will it be

aproaching a female is not a declaration of love, just desperation

are there really less? l feel like now with autism on the rise, there are actually more guys out there aproaching. as l mentioned in other posts, back then people all used to know each other. nowadays, you have more individualism, so people are more distant from one another which is why men feel like they have no other choice but to aproach random females out of lonliness. even when l was young, l remember if you liked a girl, you would go up to one of her friends, and ask for an introduction. t…

even if you look at the people who were friends in elementary school dont usually stay friends in hs. people go their own ways and are bonded in much more specific ways. ln college at least, l noticed alot of friend groups were based on frat, dorm, or sports team. and if you look at alot of frat boys, they only hang out with other frat boys. and those are only guys in their 20s. once they graduate, they become even more narrow in their social circles. at some point, couples will primarily hang o…

and how many of those freinds that you played together are still your friends? when youre young, you can bond over just minecraft, or fort night. when youre older, it;s going to take more than that. l used to be real tight with my neighbor as kids, (we played baseball, football, basketball, video games together), but nowadays, l hardly even talk to him, even though l still see him all the time

thats what l noticed. even people you see all the time may not want to hang out with you, let alone some random pick up artist who runs up to you in a parking lot l know lots of people who have been very friendly to me, in the gym, dining hall, student groups. lt don;t mean they want to hang out with you though. being friendly, and having some small conversation is one thing. meeting up is a whole other. and inviting someone over, is next level. and just cause youre pushy about it, isnt going to…

well, couldnt you say that panhandlers approach respectfully and are still met with hostility, rejection, and labeled as bums? what do u expect when ur panhandling the streets for dates? welcome with open arms?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/25 05:20 AM

well, talking to females when youre making a delivery to their house is one thing, and stopping a female in a parking lot, and saying "l saw you from over there, and had to come meet you" is another. most of the pick up artists are opting for the latter

anymore? you act like men aproaching random females was ever a thing... let me walk you through human history. humans were tribal, and had always gone through arranged marriages where your parents would pick your wife for you. most likely you worked on a farm, and that;s probably all you would see, so you;re not walking around parks, and malls desperately searching for females. even up until the past few decades, most people lived in towns where everyone would know each other, so you wouldnt rea…
