Here in 'Merika I got a $228 ticket for going 4 miles an hour faster than everyone else to get around an 18 wheeler with a rear tire that was an imminent blowout. And my means are way fucking "modest".

I'm just flabbergasted at how a movement that was supposed to symbolize women's empowerment and strength and unity now seems to make women sound like the ditzy "life is haaaaaaaaaaaaard" Mary-Sue stereotype they've been fighting. I agree that certain people should be given a leg up to and helped out but completely hindering males just so females can get ahead just doesn't seem right. My mother worked 8am-6pm five to six days a week and I never once heard her complain about an unfair playing fiel…

Doesn't that reduce women to the status of nothing but weak children with no ability to make decisions on their own? That anything a man does to a woman is automatically taking advantage of them? Yikes. That's punching yourself in the face and blaming the other guy. Then again my massive privilege is blinding me. I suppose my thinking this way is rape in of itself.
