If there are things you need to own about your relationship to food, put it in OYS. No, he didn't say only respond in OYS. He said if you have things you need to own, put it in OYS. I agree, reading comprehension is important. No added value? I was giving a practical outline for how I've been able to make this work, since "stop eating like shit" doesn't get down to brass tacks and details needed to be successful. There is a lot that goes into a successful eating plan. Most people don't have the …

I respect you, and appreciate what you do here, so I'll respond. I'm honestly unsure how my post detailing how to calculate TDEE, set a calorie and macro goal, and a detailed outline of my daily diet, how I hit my daily, weekly, and monthly goals does not tie-back to your post? Done/In progress. Completed 4 months of linear progression through Stronglifts 5x5 last year (Feb-June), followed by 3 months 5/3/1. I then switched it up to the Hypertrophy program from Barbell Medicine to finish out the year. From January to today I've been hitting 5 days a week, religiously, following the Barbell Medicine Bodybuilding program. It's a high volume program that hits all muscle groups twice each week. Grinding. To Valhalla.
