/r/menslib is a good start, and has less bad takes than this sub. I recommend it heavily.

Absolutely. There are literally people, some of them fit and traditionally attractive, that actively seek out heavier women. The idea that attractiveness is a clear uniform objective scale is a fucking lie. The girl OP is talking about is not tricking, manipulating, or asking more from these men, she's literally just a person who's had normal human relationships. Just go on the "butter face" subreddit and see them argue with each other like rabid dogs on who does or does not belong on that shith…

Can't have internalized misogyny as a guy.

Well every prejudiced person will say that won't they? But have you considered that maybe the reason I was offended by your shitty take was because some of my best friends and relationships, at some point of their lives, have had to use anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds ? That maybe your opinion is literally no different than people using a single personal experience, or confirmation bias, to group millions of people together as "lower value" ?

"prejudice": an unfair and unreasonable opinion or feeling, especially when formed without enough thought or knowledge You are literally judging someone before knowing them as a person. That's the definition of prejudice buddy.

Any rules that wide is meaningless. About 1 in 8 people in the US have used anti-depressants in the last month, and women are twice as likely to use them (1/6 use in the last month for non Hispanic White women). Most people hide their use. Such a wide population is not a good way to set your 'dating compass', especially on correlation and personal experience. But all-in-all, the fact that you so loudly proclaim your prejudices (which is literally what you describe) makes me glad you don't want t…

Do you really think yourself immune to propaganda? There are posts every day that all share the same idea, redpill made them even more depressed, and lonely than they were before, and made them miss out on great relationships with women, platonic or not. Ask yourself, what has redpill done for me.

And you replied with a mundane platitude. What the fuck did you expect? All-in-all don't be surprised people dismiss your opinion after literally spouting redpill points... On a subreddit for people who escaped it.

Treating women like people instead of loot boxes that might give out either a trad wife or a 'festering iceberg of issues ' ?

anxiety meds Do you think less of a dude who has to take anxiety medication ? attachment issues Probably half of the developed world has some kind of attachment issues. Yeah it's easier dating people who have consistent healthy relationships, but no relationship is perfect. girls with cunty friends Jesus Christ do you hear yourself? who treat those beneath them like shit. Surprising, one legitimate bit of advice Girls who seek validation Can you say 'women' once in your life ? Girls who are too …

Learning about Sparta was pretty fun. The epitome of male machismo and the perfect military society before roman decadence was actually... Led by women. And also not great for anyone not a citizen, but hey equality.

Honestly, the best thing to do is to get him to empathize with women. Show him this graph, ask him what he would be doing if he had been born a woman. If you have a good female friend you trust and who can help you, you can try to have group discussions (only bring someone who's absurdly thick-skinned) and each talk about their personal experience. He's currently incapable of seeing the world through a female lens, that's how you solve it. Point out that he's only been more miserable since he jo…

It depends how smart the journalist is about it. If it focuses on "male pain" and a "forsaken generation of boys", it's going to bring people in. If it focuses on the batshit insane things they believe, on the violence that emerges from it, on the links with actual nazi groups and finally on the suffering they themselves create even inside their own community, it's going to bring people out.

The red pill sure is spilling over /r/exredpill. Let's be clear, women and men both participate in traditional gender roles, and reinforce those roles in the opposite gender. Not every woman is a feminist, and not every feminist wants to abolish those gender roles. Young people, especially teens, will usually go for people they perceive as higher status than them, sure. But the idea that women 'go for the assholes' is a mix of plenty of different biases: Confirmation biases, because as a teen yo…

I feel like this sub is falling back in the red pill trap of trying to define what women want. Women don't want anything because you'll never find something that all women want, except maybe trying to live a good life, or anything that all humans want. Some women want attention, others hate it. Some women like kind gestures from someone before considering dating them, for others it puts them off. Some women like 'being chased', others fucking despise it. There's a reason the most common advice i…

That is the dumbest fucking article I ever read. Literally every single point is flawed in some way. Women had no schooling because you can't have mixed classes because sex? How much kool-aid did the guy drink?

You'll get a lot of bullshit advice here, for example telling you that the old woman giving you advice is totally trying to find someone to set her up for the rest of her life. A friendship is mutual support. If someone is there for you in hard times, you should be to him/her, if someone listens to you talking about your life, you should too if they want to talk about it. Developing friendships requires time and effort, but it's a very rewarding experience. It helps us to keep an external opinio…
