NF is easy if you start it with a right mindset. I've noticed that a lot of people are overthinking/over-analyzing this beyond necessary. I just told myself that I wont do it again. That's it. I am a man and therefore should be in complete control of myself. No browsing NSFW subreddits, no peeking, no edging, just no nothing. Can confirm this. Every indian/paki friend of mine brags about having an awesome life. When you look at their social media, it's filled with pictures like the above. Those pictures don't mean jack shit. I actually hungout with a few of them and realized that they are completely pathetic. They rarely get laid. I once read this amazing post on /r/getdisciplined about motivation, but can't find it right now. But, you're right; motivation is temporary. If you rely on motivation to get shit done, you're not going to get a lot done. True discipline requires a change in mindset. From what I noticed, most of these guys are from the middle-to-upper class families with comfortable lifestyle, mostly raised in Europe of North America.
