Before pickup was discovered men who were successful were also successful in life. Same thing applies for famous people, stars and foot ball players etc. Women will feel this in the vibe

Very useful to remind yourself this basic principle even if the interaction doesn't go that well (girl has a boyfriend or you really don't match or whatever...). A lot of guys can get butthurt in these situations. This mindset ("eave an interaction better than you found it.") actually helps with one very basic thing: not being outcome dependent !

"What matters the most is the thing you can change the most. Focus on that." - Looks are a good "excuse" because you are born a certain way and people don't want to admit that they could look better. But it's like with anything else that is described in the article: You can change it if you are not ashamed to admit that some things need improvement !

"“Actually I'm just calling my mum, just letting her know I Met a nice Italian girl " i am dead hahaa Talking into a mirror or in front of a parking car is a great advice indeed. From my experience, you take yourself less serious if you watch yourself talking. It's not a big deal anymore because you are more aware of yourself and less in your head. By the way, I never read those tips on phone calls in any other forum. GG !

"2) Lift your chin up." just did it while reading this article and there is a slight but remarkable change. And yeah obviously these tips do NOT prevent us from having social awareness. Nobody said we have to constantly shout or walk around like box champions. It's rather the vibe to open somebody and to check from time to time if you do not fall back into bad habits. No need to overdo this either (regarding the discussion in the comments).

In the past men who had success with women were often successful in life and "had their shit together". They didn't know pickup theory. Instead they had a purpose in their life and were less distracted than the new generation that is constantly wanting MORE validation on instagram, facebook etc. The social media industry found a way to trick our brains that will give us dopamin etc. if we follow the newsfeed, get likes and so on. Once we shut the phones off and get our own shit fixed (the list y…

"'Method Act' cool personalities so you soak up their subcommuncation and vibe." that's why it is much better to meet speakers in real life than in YouTube where you can see them uncut and observe everything (spontaneous jokes, their reactions and expressions when things don't happen as they wanted etc.) But it requires a lot of attention for the other person that you observe AND for yourself to realize if you are about to fall into a bad habit or if you are on the right path (on the macro and t…

"Tell the girl to go fuck herself. Tell her she remind of your fucking grandma...who's dead." - I would add one minor thing: don't become stuck at one emotion either (for example just "shock her", "push the same button over and over"), back off if she is SERIOUSLY pissed or hurt. In that case a simple "Sorry, I didn't want to offend you." can be enough. Then the conversation should go normal again. If the neg sounds forced, it won't work either. It should come if you disagree with the girl, not …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
