Nobody is entitled to your property while you are alive. Your minor children totally are; they need to have a roof over their heads among other things; it doesnt matter how much you cry. Also, You are so worry about losing child support money, that a situation like that would likely make you lose your entire estate after you die, after a will anullment. Karma. Also, a child cant claim to be os a sanguinis citizenship if the only parent with the citizenship won't legally put his name on the child…

All of this is true in MY country and in many others. In the US, Your children ABSOLUTELY ARE entitled to your house, your money and everything you have after you die, if you dont make a will. As a matter of fact, your parents or even SIBILINGS do, if there are no other family members. If you make a will and dies after, a child that never met you (because the mother figured you were a pos and never even bothered to tell you) will probably have grounds to have the will anulled since you didnt kno…

It's not a punishment to not give them something that is not theirs. You guys are a complete joke. All children are legally entitled to their parents' Inheritance, at the very least. In the moment people die, their belongings belong to their children, or relatives. This is true in many countries, even when there is a will. So you can not decide for somebody else that they cant have a right to their parent's Inheritance just because of some imoral illogical thinking. Also, some countries will onl…

They literally have a huge privilege yet still insist that men bare the brunt of the responsibility because Condom is still the only thing that will prevent an std, you know.

Why does the child have some right to the money of a guy He cant be punished because of someonelses idea of what morality is. Specially if it is a such warped perception of it. You want to punish the child. The mother can be a milionaire, it doesnt matter. And I never even implied that mothers dont have money. This is akin to wanting to circumsize a newborn: you want to remove a child's right (in this case, the right of his father's Inheritance, citizenship etc) based on the father's idea of wha…

The money is the right of the child, not the mother's. Point blank. There is no getting out of this. No one in the law field would ever entertain this. It is the right of the child. It cant be waved by you. Also, there are so many unbelievable economical outcomes that would come out of this, that this would be reversed in a MINUTE.
