This is a big issue, and grossly underdiscussed. There is a lot of research showing that The Pill does, as you note, influence women's preference in men. The effect of this on society might be massive. And it might be a cause of divorce, as women go off the pill and see this guy in bed whom they now have a biological aversion to. That's an important point. ​ Space precluded discussing the wider range of accusations against men. But the definition of "sexual assault" and "sexual harassment" are so vague, and the consequences for false reports are pretty much nil -- so we should expect a higher incidence of false reports than for rape. ​ If the false report rate for rape is high (we don't know how high), then it might be stratospheric for assault and harassment.

That nails it. I will go one step farther -- the idea of MGTOW is only an intermediate phase. Few men can do so, so this leaves lots of men alienated and broken. They are the raw material from which movements are created. Men are pack animals, like wolves. The current disorder will inevitably lead to something else. That raises an important but seldom-discussed point: wives initiate most divorces (~85% I've read). Which spouse is doing better five years later? Ten years? Many ways to look at this: by income, re-marriage, custody of kids, new children, etc. Women divorce assuming they'll be better off. I wonder if that's usually true.
