I feel the same about gym clips. Most of my friends don’t workout and associate it with douche-culture, but I’ll post something I’m proud of every now and then… like once every few months. Usually a personal best or reshare a story my trainer or friend tags me in. We keep getting told here that confidence is key, then when we have to confidence to share an achievement, reddit shoots us down!

Gym flirting is tricky territory. I feel like we need a thread dedicated to it. Personally I don’t approach during workout but the locker area is fair game (my gym has lockers in an open area near the entrance, no changerooms)

Wind it back. Make the moves you’d do after 10 drinks at 9 drinks one weekend, then 8, 7, 6 etc. also try and make an effort to make moves earlier in the night
