0	R/tinder Nah not rly true at least not for my country. There are 2 different wage gaps. 1 the fixed one where man and woman are compared to their counterparts in the same jobs and the second one which compares it without jobs. While the second is always higher and is used pretty often by feminists. The fixed still exist even if u compare both genders on the same job.
