At the far extreme I doubt anyone reasonable thinks that anti-batcerial hand soap violates the NAP, so clearly there is a greyscale of some sort. If you think the NAP applies to all life you're probably a vegan. It's an incredibly divisive issue among libertarians for exactly the same reason its an incredibly divisive issue for everyone: is the fetus alive? If it is then its murder and no libertarian should support that. If its not alive then any prohibition whatsoever on abortions is an affront to bodily autonomy which no libertarian should support. 1	I'm pro choice, but this is the best pro life argument I've ever seen. Sorry you're getting bombarded. That said, it's not actually a good argument because it begs the question. Of course granted that abortion is murder (ie granted that the fetus is a living human being with all accompanying human rights) you can easily conclude that abortion is murder and therefore horribly unethical. However, proving that the fetus is in fact a living human being with all accompanying human rights is exceedingly difficult. 3	TIL Parental kidnapping earns you a sex offender registration by Texas state law. The problem is that being put on the list isn't up to judicial discretion. If you are guilty of parental kidnapping, you go on the list. You are looking at a scenario where it could be good to have the person on the list, ILoveHate is looking at one where it probably wouldn't be. 3	I noticed something interesting in my health insurance policy about birth control coverage... Thank you. I think we are overthinking this here guys. When have you EVER known an insurance company to make a move that doesn't maximize profits, outside of government mandate. Theres an economic reason for this, not a sexist one. –	Police make routine traffic stop and believe man has drugs in anus. The police brought the man to a hospital, where he was forced to undergo a rectal exam and colonoscopy without his consent. No drugs were found, no arrest was made, and the hospital billed the man for the medical procedures. I actually thought I was in /r/libertarian until I read your comment. No idea this was in MR. I don't think this has a lot to do with mens rights.
